May 20 was Mental Health Action Day, a time when brands and businesses joined forces to turn awareness into when it comes to mental health. By all accounts, this initiative was a huge success.

And beyond social media, people took to their communities to help spread the word: Mental Health is Health.
At Comedy Gives Back, we stand up for mental health. We work to break the stigma surrounding asking for help and talking about mental health. Our work continues to address this issue.
